I have updated the draft interop test reports for XML Signature 1.1 and XML Encryption 1.1 as follows: 1. removed all material that is not testable, or is simply a clarification 2. removed all material that was tested as part of 1.0 interop 3. Restructured/formatted to make very clear what has been tested and what needs to be tested.
