Made changes to C14N2.0 for  ACTION-729 and ACTION-758  http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/c14n-20/  Jan 10th version

.         Changes in the Abstract , and in the big light blue colored note in section 2.2.

 

And to xpath for ACTION-747   http://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Drafts/xmldsig-xpath/  Jan 10th version.

.         Removed the id() function completely from the subset
