The action was to have a look at ISSUE-196. As far as I can tell, it's about what URIs we should use for the XML and EXI serialization identifiers in Canonical XML 2.0 (this must be an action I acquired in absentia); the obvious suggestion would be something along the lines of http://www.w3.org/2010/xml-c14n2#serializeXML http://www.w3.org/2010/xml-c14n2#serializeEXI -- I have to admit that I don't have particularly deep feelings about those particular URI references.
