Your RNG schema fragment looks nice.  It becomes perfect if we add a
taga name KeyInfoReference after the keyword "element".  However, 
I noticed other small changes such as the removal of  W elements 
from CharTwoFieldParamsType.  So, I created a new version of 
xmldsig11-schema.rnc as attached.

I'm very sorry for being extremely late.   I will spend a lot of time on
this work the next week (week of 2 March 2010) and will really finish it.

Yes, please use them.  It might not be 100% perect but shouldn't be
reasonably complete.
