All,

As a result of ACTION-335 that was assigned to me yesterday, I have 
updated XML Encryption v1.1 as follows:

- Changed "new Key Derivation Functions" to "explicit Key Derivation
Functions"

I have also added an example to the new subsection on DH with explicit 
KDFs.
