I have the following suggested changes based on review (a) change 2.1, 2.1.1, 2.2, 2.3 "digest value removed" to "digest value modified to clarify not a real digest value" (b) Replace "idem" with "Same as previous" (c) 4.3.3.2 "failed 2001 xpointer Candidate Recommendation" to "2001 XPointer Candidate Recommendation that was no progressed" (d) 4.3.3.2 add " Discouraged use of xpointer() scheme " (e) 6.5.2 change "New section." to "New section defining Canonical XML 1.1 algorithm, including identifiers for the algorithm." (f) References Added references to support changes and update references. Add references for XPointer, C14N11, Exclusive Canonicalization, XML Signature 2002, RFC 4514, RFC 3986.
