C14N11 Red-line links, ACTION-25 completed

This email should close ACTION-25, to "Post red-line link for C14N11".

(1) The following "red-line" shows changes from C14N10 to C14N11,
before the changes made in response to feedback from the XML Security
Specifications Maintenance WG:

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-xml-core-wg/2007Feb/
att-0013/C14N-diff.html

This is the document we viewed during the F2F.

Green seems to refer to new text, yellow to changed text, and
strikethrough's to deleted text.

(2) The following two might be a bit clearer when taken together.

was marked up to show the changes between C14N 1.0 and that first
public WD of C14N 1.1.
