Currently algorithm identifier for Edwards-Curve Digital Signature
Algorithm (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8032) seems to be missing. Is it
possible to add new signature algorithm support to standard and if yes then
how one should proceed in order to get this signature algorithm support
into standard?
