In ibmMeta/identityConstraint.testSet all <ts:schemaDocument> and
<ts:instanceDocument> elements don't resolve on case-sensitive file systems.
The directory "s2_2_4" is referenced instead of "S2_2_4".

ibmMeta/defaultAttributesApply.testSet has the same problem with the reference
to directory "s3_4_2_4" instead of "S3_4_2_4".
