http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=4075 Summary: particlesZ036 - tests fallback from implementation- defined limits Product: XML Schema Test Suite Version: 2006-11-06 Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows XP Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Microsoft tests AssignedTo: ht@inf.ed.ac.uk ReportedBy: mike@saxonica.com QAContact: public-xml-schema-testsuite@w3.org In the Microsoft Particles test set, test particlesZ036 appears to be testing the ability of the processor to handle very large values of minOccurs and maxOccurs, and the published results rely on the fallback strategy used by one particular processor. See the comment in the metadata: "Schema validation engine validates as xs:any if maxOccurs greater than 4096(13)". This affects all tests in this group.
