Pull requests for review

Hi folks,

Following a day's editing, there are some new issues to consider:

Unfortunately, my license for Delta XML has just expired so there are
no diff versions to view. That's a serious impediment. I hope to get a
new license soon. In the meantime, all I can suggest is looking at the
diffs in the pull request.
