Editorial spec changes

Hi folks,

I updated the spec build toolchain to the DocBook 2.0.7 official
stylesheets. That's got no visible effect but editors should pull
anyway.

I also updated the formatting of the cross-spec references. I changed

   [XProc 2.0] -> XP
   [XProc 2.0 Steps] -> XPS

and made them a little smaller and light gray.
