CI for the XProc spec

Hello world,

With help and encouragement from Jim, and perhaps the coolest thing
I've done in ages, there's now a Travis CI job for the XProc spec.

After every commit, you can watch

  https://travis-ci.org/xproc/specification

build

  https://xproc.github.io/specification/langspec/

I believe it will also be possible to automatically generate diff
versions for each pull request, but it'll take me a while to get that
setup.
