What I am suggesting is we publish a note that details how we have met
v1 requirements and use cases.  Then we can produce a new v2
requirements and use case document that doesn't incorporate the v1
document's content verbatim.  We can then combine, finesse, or
eliminate things for v2 and produce a clear and possibly more compact
document.
