It should be possible to publish it simply by copying it as-is into TR-space: http://www.w3.org/TR/2009/CR-xproc-20090528/ The document passes pubrules. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. If 28 May is an inconvenient date, please suggest another alternate and I'll happily adjust the pubdate. Thanks, in advance!
