Reviewing the last week's mail, I find the following open issues for discussion: (Apologies if these are cryptic, typing fast...) 1. Placement of ignored content? Inside p:pipe, p:document, p:inline? 2. Allow p:ignored-prefixes everywhere? 3. XHTML in the ignored namespaces by default? 4. Ability to remove things from ignored namespaces? 5. Import precedence Can you replace a declared-step or pipeline with another with exactly the same signature The space is flat, right? 6. Pipeline visibility Two pipelines in the same library can see each other? Order is insignificant? 7. Order of input/output/param/option Fixed or (choice)* 8. Interpretation of type name on declare-step Unprefixed is in no namespace or default namespace Steps in no namespace are not allowed 9. Names of pipelines NCNames in a namespace per the library (status quo) exported-name attribute (Jeni) separate namespace attribute on pipeline? 10. Solution for the caching problem *-with-sequence general caching cache input to p:group Be seeing you, norm -- Norman Walsh XML Standards Architect Sun Microsystems, Inc.
