OK, we seem to have a decided preference for the Aug 2-4 dates.
The next question is whether we have critical mass.

So far I count the following people as having given a favorable response
for the Aug 2-4 dates:

         Michael S-McQ
         Henry Thompson
         Paul Grosso
         Murray Maloney
         Jenni Tennison

It's up to the chair to move this to the next stage.
