New draft of Document Templating Steps for XProc

I just published a new draft of Document Templating Steps for XProc
at

Please let us know if you see any problems. If no objections are
raised, this is the version (modulo editorial/pubrules tweaks) that
becomes an official note in a couple of weeks.

The only significant change in this draft is that the "p:document-template"
step has been renamed "p:template". It was observed that having *another*
p: element starting "d" "o" "c" "u" "m" "e" "n" "t" was tedious for tag
completion and that template is more "verby".
