I was asleep. Stop press! There are lots, not just one, in the
generic document, and the relevant flags in XSV and Saxon both reflect
this:
XSV:
-N Don't dereference namespace URIs looking for schema documents.
Saxon:
[can't find it in a hurry. . .]
So the name is correct as it stands!
