Fair enough

I was just trying to make the point that we should be careful when we say
"WELL FORMED" and thinking "NAMESPACE WELL FORMED"

For example, what should the output of XML-ER be for the following input :

<foo::></foo::>

(which is obviously WELL FORMED but not NAMESPACE WELL FORMED)
