Status:
We believe there was agreement to put some words into the spec.

ACTION to Norm:  Check with Robin that some words will be going
into the spec.

Henry asks that the new XML WG charter be vetted by us
when it is still a draft, as he doesn't want the WG to
be required to do anything with MicroXML.

ACTION to Norm:  Draft an erratum to "reserve" xml-* for PI targets
and delete the restriction that we lay claim to other names that
start with "xml".

Paul has communicated with W3T and the Overview.html
document (and the style sheet) have been edited in place.

Henry points out that we should revisit the issue of the
xmlspec.xsl (and diffspec.xsl) on a more general basis
for future specs.
