Thanks, Henry.

The "substantial" thread is substantially about the name itself
and whether it should be xml-schema instead of xml-model with
people on both sides of the argument.

Which isn't particularly substantive in my mind.  I guess that's
good.  At least no one has yet said it's a completely bad idea.
