Norm, Paul give regrets for Sept 9.
Norm gives regrets for Sept 23.

*****************************************************************

We didn't have the right people to do much, so we just added a
couple action items for Norm under Xlink.

Both Norm and I must miss our next telcon of Sept 9. Since we
have not had a real telcon since July, I'm hoping Henry will be
able to chair on the 9th.
