I've prepared a summary page, http://www.w3.org/XML/2008/05/xlinklc/

I fixed one bug, I think we can close/reject three on the grounds that
they're out-of-scope, and one is well, just confusing. And since it
comes from someone on W3C staff, I'm planning to suggest that we punt
it to our member of W3C staff. Fair warning :-)
