Re: C14N11 comments

Frederick,

I have (hopefully) incorporated all of your comments in the latest draft 
[1].
These changes have not been reviewed by anyone else in the Core WG so I 
have
not yet responded *officially* that we have accepted these changes, but 
I'm
expecting that they will be.
