Well, not everything, just about Namespaces 1.1 and XML Resource Identifiers. We updated it at the very last moment (between PR and REC) to refer to the then-latest draft of the IRI RFC. As a result - unlike system identifiers - namespace names cannot contain spaces, delimiters, or "unwise" characters. So 1.1 namespace names are plain IRIs, not XML Resource Identifiers. We can therefore amend Namespaces 1.1 to point directly to RFC 3987. -- Richard
