The xml:id test suite

I tried a couple of things to make the test suite more useful "out of
the box" but I wasn't successful. At the end of the day, I don't think
there's any reliable, public, API-independent way to determine if an
xml:id attribute got identified as an ID or not.

I did run the test suite through my implementation and produced the
following report:

We can discuss that and see if maybe other implementors can do
something similar.
