I have collected issues in an XML format at
http://www.w3.org/XML/2005/01/xinclude10-errata-list.xml
I will work on making a stylesheet to turn that into readable HTML
hopefully tomorrow and
http://www.w3.org/XML/2005/01/proposed-xinclude10-errata.html
should stop being empty.
ACTION not completed yet but I did work on it :-)
