It turns out that @rel / @rev are case insensitive historically. In HTML5 they are preserving that, so RDFa needs to deal with this. The Working Group has a plan, but the plan requires that terms in the vocabulary at http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml/vocab be in lower case. The only term in that document that is NOT in lower case right now is itsRules. I don't think we actually used this term, since it is related to XHTML2. Can we change the term?
