Greetings Ben, as requested we discussed your request in todays WG call 
and agreed that we should proceed with the transition. The minutes of the 
call can be found at:

and included the following:

RESOLUTION: The XHTML 2 Working Group agrees that the document at 
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/2008/CR-rdfa-syntax-20080612 is ready to 
transition to CR.

Members of the SWD and XHTML2 WGs,

(First, regrets for tomorrow's telecon, I will be at Yahoo giving a 
tutorial on... RDFa, what else?)

We would like to ask both working groups to submit the RDFa in XHTML 1.1 
specification for advancement to Candidate Recommendation. Given that 
the timing works well, we would also like to ask members of the WGs to 
approve the latest RDFa Primer for publication.
