As per my action item, I have updated the editor's draft of the Role 
Attribute module at http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/2008/ED-xhtml-role-20080128/

I still need to produce a disposition of comments document against the 
last call comments, but we need to do another last call anyway.   Please 
review this with an eye toward approving another last call period.
