ACCESS Comments on XHTML MIME draft dated Apr 23, 2008

Hello, Shane:

 This is Yam.
I have two comments (the second one is very minor).

(1) Explicit identification of XHTML Basic 1.0 and 1.1
The current draft refers to XHTML Basic 1.0.
We think it is better to explicitly identify XHTML Basic 1.0 and 1.1.
MIMEtype is used for capability advertisement (e.g. HTTP Accept-Header)
in the mobile Internet.
Therefore, it is better to make it clear at exact "profile" level of
the MIMEtype in order to serve the above mentioned purpose.

(2) "Recommendation" css type [very minor clarification]
We use "http://www.w3.org/StyleSheets/TR/W3C-REC.css" in A.14 example.
It seems like a standard CSS stylesheet for W3C recommendation.
The most recent edit seems like the year 2006.
 Is this still applicable?
From a quick look, it seems like a stylesheet in 1996 or 1997.
I am just wondering what "p.copyright" is.

 Best Regards,
