Are there any unified parser libraries for both Microdata and RDFa out there? Something that could be plugged into Raptor, for example?

Even just a parser of that ilk for Microdata would be good  the plumbing could be handled at level above (i.e., if the resource is HTML, parse with Microdata parser, parse with RDFa parser, attempt to locate mirrored claims in both).
