Are there any unified parser libraries for both Microdata and RDFa out there? Something that could be plugged into Raptor, for example?

Even just a parser of that ilk for Microdata would be good — the plumbing could be handled at level above (i.e., if the resource is HTML, parse with Microdata parser, parse with RDFa parser, attempt to locate mirrored claims in both).
