Domain of cert:key

I think this should perhaps not be so narrow as a foaf agent.

In the future I can imagine the web of things almost anything and
everything could have a public and private key.

Scales, toothbrush, chair, watch.

Proposal to relax foaf:Agent as the domain of domain of key.

Dont have a huge strength of feeling about this if it's considered a
lot of work, but may be good future proofing :)
