Hi, Thanks to everyone who participated to the last telephone conference. And two special thanks: - Krzysztof (Jano in the minutes) for the extra effort he did to prepare it, - and to Andriy for scribing. In summary, we discussed only one point of the agenda, the alignment of the SSN ontology with DOLCE but it was a very lively and constructive discussion. We decided to deliver an "aligned ontology" and at the same time offer "simplified" versions (automatically derived from it) which could appeal to a larger range of users, especially to domain specialists focusing on sub-parts of the ontology. The minutes of the meeting are here: http://www.w3.org/2010/07/20-ssn-minutes.html (for the record, the attendees were: Luis, Krzysztof, Payam, Kevin, Andriy, Arthur, Michael and me). Cheers Laurent PS: on a very close topic to what we discussed, you should also check the reference provided by Krzysztof (added in http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/ssn/wiki/Foundational_layer ) and also this article currently under (open) review by Pascal Hitzler and Frank van Harmelen: "A Reasonable Semantic Web" http://www.semantic-web-journal.net/node/31
