Hi Harry, I don't think that the OSLO work is exclusive to mobile or that it is still "alive" in a meaningful way. I would not recommend putting this in the final report as an emerging standard. I believe that it has been superceded by other work which is more widely accepted and relevant. With respect to how to work in the mobile angle, I agree that it could be mentioned in the State of the Social Web. I believe the most important point to make is that users are increasingly accessing their profiles and posting from their mobile devices. The URL I provided below to Mobile Facebook user base is probably the most significant point. -- Christine Spime Wrangler cperey@perey.com mobile +41 79 436 68 69 VoIP (from US) +1 (617) 848-8159 Skype (from anywhere) Christine_Perey On 7/22/2010 2:28 PM, Harry Halpin wrote: > On Thu, Jul 22, 2010 at 10:23 AM, Christine Perey<cperey@perey.com> wrote: >> Last week, at the VentureBeat MobileBeat 2010 conference, Facebook's new >> head of mobile products, Erick Tseng, spoke. >> >> Quite a lot of buzz about it [1] and [2]. >> >> Might be appropriate to add a mention of the importance of mobile (and >> OpenGraph on Mobile) in the SWXG final report.
