I propose to edit "Basic Functionality":

1.1 Profile Page
1.2 Friendship relationships
1.3 Search / Explore profiles
1.4 Intra-platform messaging 
      - public (guestbook)
      - private (private messages)

I would move "Application Framework" and "External API" into Section 4, Distributed Architectures.
