Ordnance Survey Use Case

Attached is the Ordnance Survey Use Case for RDB2RDF standardisation,
which I have sent out previously. Along with the use case this time is a
copy of the agreement that you would have to sign if you wanted access
to the data that goes along with the use case. 
I have enclosed this so that anyone who is interested can check that
they will be able to sign the agreement and then get in touch with
myself or Cathy and we will send you a formal copy of the agreement and
subsequently the data.
