Roster of planned use cases (all due by Dec 31)

All,

As we agreed in our telecon, we will accept use cases submitted to the
curation team (Simon Miles, Paolo Missier, and Satya Sahoo) NO LATER
THAN DECEMBER 31. The use case submitted to them must follow the
template in [1] and follow the guidelines in [2].

We are going to select a last batch of use cases to discuss this
Friday, so if you would like a use case that you are contributing to
be considered for discussion this coming Friday please add it in the
next couple of days.

At our last discussion and in various emails sent to me, the following
people stated their intention to add use cases on the topics indicated:

* Ian Oliver: expressing provenance
* Bertram Ludaescher: scientific workflow
* Michael Panzer: digital library
* Raphael Troncy: multimedia metadata
* Deborah McGuinness: text analytics
* Deborah McGuinness: combining proofs
* Deborah McGuinness: improving decision processes

forgot to include any others, feel free to edit the wiki and add it.
Please merge your use case with an existing one when appropriate, our
goal is not quantity but breadth.

Thanks all!
