As the activity is hosted by W3C, I assumed it would be non-profit within W3C and can't see the need for this extensive discussion of the issue. It worries me that so much effort is being devoted to organizational structures, and little to actual educational objectives. There are many who would benefit from web education. I suggest that we need to look beyond the usual technical elite. ps: On that topic, my recent comments at a forum on social inclusion and computer enhanced learning: <http://www.tomw.net.au/technology/it/cooperative_education/>. -- Tom Worthington FACS HLM, TomW Communications Pty Ltd. t: 0419496150 PO Box 13, Belconnen ACT 2617, Australia http://www.tomw.net.au Adjunct Lecturer, The Australian National University t: 02 61255694 Computer Science http://cs.anu.edu.au/people.php?StaffID=140274
