Dear MMSEM XG - a quick introduction as requested.... I have been working on both sides: image processing/analysis and semantic web issues especially for Cultural heritage areas. My main research in this area has been i nthe Artiste, SCULPTEUR and eCHASE projects.. see http://www.ecs.soton.ac.uk/~km and also have postgraduates working on image classification for semantic web applications.
