The pubrules checker (link below)  complains about the css and file name
links which I believe you said will be fixed upon publication. I have made
the doc names: http://www.w3.org/2005/Incubator/mashssl/XGR-mashssl-20100629per
the rules.  Lastly, it obviously cannot find the images which also I
assume will be fixed upon publication.
