Editing Use Case report

Hi everyone,

I've decided to have a go at the Use Case report. I found it in a very good shape, but of course one always add some fixing of one's own ;-)

I made several changes in case or scenario description, which I found could be sharpened. I've also tried to make the document follow better our "style", to the extent I could. I hope I've not introduced mistakes...

Among the other changes, I've downplayed "use cases" into "cases" in quite many several places. A while ago, there were some arguments that what we have gathered was not really *use* cases.
I've also downplayed one sentence in the abstract that was refering to our gathering "outreach and dissemination efforts". I'm not sure the report contains such things!

Finally, I've removed the authors of clusters from the cluster section. I seem to remember that we had decided to put them in the ack section at the end of the report. If I'm wrong this can be changed of course. By the way I've updated a couple of the cluster wiki pages, so that readers are sure to find the right names here

There are still some problems, however:
A first one is the use of non-verbal sentences in Citation and Digital object clusters. The second one, more important, is that the "Generalized use cases" are empty in the Collections cluster. Is that on purpose?

Cheers,

Antoine
