Re: order of acronyms?

I agree with keeping it OCLC. They do give it a spelled out meaning in  
their documentation, but treat OCLC as primary:

Domestic and international trademarks and/or service marks of OCLC  
Online Computer Library Center, Inc. and its affiliates
