Fwd: Library Linked Data page UseCaseReport has been changed by Karen Coyle

Hi,

I've seen that Karen had removed my disclaimer on the use case report (see below). Of course these disclaimers shall be removed, but I argue this MUST not be done anywhere else than one the final HTML versions. With the recent publicity on our draft report, it would be a pity people mistake drafts (even though nearly final) with the really final, polished thing. Also, W3C would dislike people starting to cite documents that are not the final ones...
