The section "The Current Situation" [1] had a transcluded section, taken from another wiki page. It is confusing to have nested transclusions, so I have copied the contents of [2] into [1] and marked [2] with a banner saying that further editing should take place only at [1]. In other words, let's ignore [2] as a separate document now...
