Transcluded version of the Draft Report has been updated

Hello all,

As decided in the last telecon on Thursday, here is the updated version of the Transcluded version of the Final Report:

Transclusion means that all content is automatically "included" into the page which means that it is possible to e.g. print out the full document more easily.

There are some minor problems in how the document looks in the transcluded version which should/can be solved in the final version, but which I didn't try to solve at the moment:

* some source content pages (that are transcluded to the DraftReportWithTransclusion) contain main headers (H1) that are not 100% the same as in the Draft Report [1], e.g. "Recommendations" (in [2]) vs. "Recommendations and next steps" (in [1])

* the "Scope of this report" should be (according to [1]) be included separately from [3], which is (AFAIK) not technically possible. I recommend to either 1) separate Scope to a separate wiki page or 2) to change the Benefits in such way that the Scope

Feel free to make changes to DraftReportWithTransclusion or you can send bug reports to me, and I'll try to fix them. Comments are welcomed (to me, to the mailing list and to the discussion page [4] in the Wiki).
