I have not communicated directly myself with the digress.it team, but as far as I am aware, the problem has been reported to them by our guy, they are looking into it, and it appears it has been experienced on the JISCPress site as well.  That is all the detail I have, so I don't have any suggestions specifically as to any actions that we can take to help fix or diagnose the problem (sorry) - I will keep us all updated if I get any.
