Wiki page created

As per last week's conference call, I have created a page for  
"Graphics, presentations, and other re-usable content".[1] I added a  
new section on the home page under Deliverables, and a link to the  
page. In an embarassingly egotistical fashion I have seeded it with  
some of my own work, so I encourage others to contribute soon!

Right now I'm thinking that we can start by gathering some content  
examples, and later we can begin selecting and organizing, or even  
creating anew.

Also, I'm thinking of starting a list on the page of "things we want  
to illustrate" to help us manage the task.
