Use Case Vocabulary Merging

Hi all

I'd this use case in mind for a while, but not sure about its relevancy.
Eventually decided to add it to the list before the end of August deadline.
So here it is started, currently working on it hoping to have something
quite final for our next telecon on Thursday.
